It is with sadness and regret that we have been advised of the passing of another valued servant of Australia and the Royal Australian Corps of Signals. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

I spoke to Vaughan’s sister-in-law a few minutes ago and she advised me that Vaughan passed away on Saturday after a long illness and his funeral was today. He was residing at Prospect when he passed away.

Sadly, as with many Vietnam veterans, his family life was not solid and he was divorced from Christine.
